Hot Real Estate at "Four Corners"

We consistently get a lot of questions about what is coming to the area and when and where but we also get a lot of inquiries from businesses looking to come to the area and wanting more info.

One of the challenges that we face on the Upper West Side is lack of open commercial spaces or open commercial spaces that fit the requirements of a business (zoning, size, cost, etc.). Often times businesses don't want to build from the ground up due to cost, so they want to go into an existing space. We asked our community partner and local commercial real estate broker, Bryan Mortensen, to put together a list of current open spaces at "Four Corners" (Lake Pleasant Pkwy. & Happy Valley Rd.) for those interested.
