Updated: Aug 27, 2021

UPDATE posted 8/26/21:

-Barnes & Noble is opening September 1st in their new space on Bell Rd. at 75th Ave. (next to World Market)!

-F45 North Peoria and 83 Marketplace Dental are now open at 83 Marketplace! Hallelujah for the first openings! Salon Blissful construction is well underway, as well. We do NOT have any confirmed information on restaurants or other tenants or timelines at this time.

-Stretch Lab, YogaSix, Twisted Sugar, and Harumi Sushi at Sunrise Promenade are all tentatively scheduled to open late Fall.

-Bosa Donuts is tentatively scheduled to open in October at Four Corners.

-Someburros, In-N-Out, and Raising Cane’s are all RUMORED to be coming to Four Corners. This has NOT been confirmed and we have no additional info at this time but we’re working on it.

-The former Bed Bath & Beyond at Four Corners is temporarily a Spirit Halloween store and as far as we know, no permanent tenant has been signed after that.

-Sola Salon Suites are going in the former Dress Barn (next to Kirkland’s) at Four Corners with a tentative Fall opening.

-Chick-Fil-A is still evaluating if they will build on the land they own next to Brake Masters at Four Corners.

-Macayo’s is coming to Vistancia in 2023 in the new development surrounding Circle K. No other confirmed tenant updates are available yet.

-We have not been able to get a timeline for QT at 115th Ave. & Happy Valley Rd.

-Salad and Go at 59th Ave. & Union Hills (former Sonic) is under construction and scheduled to open late Fall.

-Salad and Go is also opening a location at 83rd Ave. & Thunderbird and that location is also scheduled to open late Fall.

-Burlington Coat Factory is going in the former Barnes & Noble space on Bell Rd.

-Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is going in the former Pacific Seafood Buffet at the NE corner of 83rd Ave. & Bell Rd.

-Love Sac furniture store is opening in the former Blaze Pizza at 77th Ave. & Bell Rd.

-We have not been able to confirm an opening timeline for the new Dunkin Donuts on Bell Rd. at 57th Ave.

-Westside Jazz & Blues is open at the NE corner of 59th Ave. & Bell Rd. (near Cucina Tagliani).

-Creamistry is now open at Park West.

-Other Park West information is available on our website (coming soon page or previous blog updates).

-Outta Bronx is opening their first location in the West Valley at 107th Ave. & Olive Ave.

-Construction on the massive Taiwan Semiconductor Plant at the NW intersection of I-17 & the 303 has begun. This is expected to have a HUGE impact on the NW Valley, much like Intel spurred economic development in the East Valley.

-Multiple residential real estate developers have purchased land along the 303 west of I-17 to build homes in anticipation of the Taiwan Semiconductor Plant.

-Construction is underway on a Fry’s Marketplace at I-17 & Jomax.

-We have received mixed info on Legacy Sports Arena at I-17 & Carefree Highway and are working on getting an update, however, the delay appears to be a private matter.

-Correction to our last update: the former Blockbuster/Pet Club at 67th Ave. north of the 101 will be a AplhaMed urgent care, not a physical therapist.

Development and construction are SLOW, but holy cow, it is happening! We are expected to eventually see more offices, a hotel, and many multi-family residential units as developers continue to buy up the land. All of the above will help bring in the specialty restaurants and retail that we want so badly for this area!
