If you have driven down Lake Pleasant Pkwy. south of Happy Valley Rd. recently you may have noticed that construction has begun on Sunrise Promenade! If you’re not familiar with this project, it is the complex going in on the east side of Lake Pleasant Pkwy. at Hatfield Rd. It will be anchored by Aldi. We met with the developer, Thompson Thrift last week and wanted to share the following info with you.
Aldi closed on their parcel last week and is working to finalize their city permits (they have not released a start date or opening date).
There is approx. 7,500 sq. ft. of remaining available space.
Additional tenants are being finalized but we are not at liberty to announce at this timeThe following tenants are locked in:
Black Rock Coffee
Honey Go Nails
Construction to be completed Q4 2019 with businesses opening in the first part of 2020.
In addition to shopping and dining, there will be a residential complex built behind Sunrise Promenade. Construction of the residential complex will begin a few months after the commercial complex. The residential complex will be a mixed-use rental community that consists of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom attached homes. The amenity package will offer a clubhouse with fitness room, pool, spa, and outdoor cooking stations. This community will be gated and have high-end finishes.
The developer has been great to work with and we’re looking forward to this wonderful addition to the Upper West Side!
